My stay at the hotel was surprisingly pleasant. The room was extremely comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The service was amazing, with friendly and helpful staff always available. The location was excellent, offering easy access to various facilities in the area. The dining experience was a mixed bag, with some room for improvement, but overall, I was happy with the service provided for the reasonable price I paid.

The hotel is in a central location, making it easy to explore the city attractions, but the room was quite small for a family of 4. The free drink was a nice touch despite the delayed check-in process. The service was outstanding with helpful and welcoming staff, although there was an incident of rudeness in the bar. The dining experience had some limitations, with a restricted menu and early closing time. The convenient location near parking and the city center was a major plus.
